Cancellation Policy
We require two business days’ notice for a cancellation. For instance, if your lesson is scheduled for Monday at 3:00pm, you must cancel by the preceding Thursday at 3:00pm to receive a full refund. Students will be refunded for a maximum of three cancellations per semester. Subsequent cancellations will be charged in full.
Students will be charged in full for no-shows and cancellations less than two business days prior to the lesson. If the student is repeatedly absent, they will be asked to discontinue lessons.
Students who test positive for COVID must quarantine for 5 days in accordance with current CDC/SFDPH guidelines. If they need to miss a lesson due to quarantine, they will not be charged.
In the event that I personally cancel a lesson or there is a natural disaster preventing the lesson from taking place (fire, earthquake, etc.), the student will not be charged.
Make-Up Policy
No make-up lessons will be given.
Payment and Billing
Students and/or their families receive a monthly invoice via email on the first of the month for lessons taken in the previous month. For example, lessons billed for October would be invoiced and charged to your card on November 1. Payment is accepted via credit card or debit card only. Payment is due upon receipt and is processed via autopay with the credit or debit card on file.
